Scope:

We create mid-to-long-term business strategies and key actionable recommendations which are specifically based on research conducted with younger generations and the affluent.

Approach:

We put special focus on qualitative research, especially  in the form of in-depth interviews of the new generation of VHNWI and UHNWIs which we carry out in-house. We also carry out workshops with clients’ key decision makers and project teams, with the ultimate aim of creating a clear plan-of-attack and actionable strategies built on unique placemaking, services, and content.

4.  Strategic Leasing & Partner Search

Clients:

Major Property Developers

Scope:

We support our clients throughout the entire leasing process, from creating an initial list of target potential tenants/operators, to initiating contact, negotiating term sheets and LOIs, and eventually, a final, binding agreement.

Approach:

We help our clients select the strategic concepts and tenants that will sync with the project vision and concept, and thus make the project a success. We typically focus on new-to-market concepts for maximum impact. By approaching potential tenants and partners at an early stage of planning and development, we ensure that they can provide valuable input into the design and direction of the project, and be integral partners in the project.

 

Some of the types of partners and operators we typically engage include leading next-gen luxury hotel brands, unique membership clubs, immersive experiences, and new-to-market restaurants and retail brands.

5. Activation - Program Activation

Luxury Retailers. Retail Shopping Center Developers.

Scope:

We work on store and centre-wide art programs and installations for our clients. Our scope extends from initial planning to overseeing final execution. We also curate special cultural event programs for VIP customers, which typically includes a combination of exclusive events, exhibitions, performances, and unique food collaborations and menus.

Approach:

Upon setting clear goals for our clients’ art and VIP customer programs in conjunction with their marketing and events teams, we plan and flesh-out a multi-year cultural program, which is primarily built around unique collaborations with leading creators , up-and-coming contemporary artists, popular pâtissiers and chefs, musicians, tea masters, and others.

 

We then proceed to the actual planning and execution phase, which involves cooperating with a wide-range of partners to work out the host of little details which matter.
