Center Opens

From initial conceptualization all the way to curating activation programs post-opening, we work closely with our clients across the placemaking spectrum. From conventional services such as business planning all the way to bespoke one-off art programs, Plus Curiosity can provide the unique and diverse services required by our clients today, including global best practice research, art and cultural programming, as well as cultural advisory board set-up and management.

Research

Utilizing global best practice case studies, Plus Curiosity provides information and analysis on the latest global retail, hospitality, and cultural trends. We also conduct in-depth interviews with potential tenants, business partners, and target consumers to secure the most relevant and actionable insight and data.

Activation

With a discerning eye for culture, art, and cuisine, we develop and curate programs with high cultural, educational, and entertainment value, such as contemporary art exhibitions, culinary events, and immersive content.

Strategic Leasing

We first work with our clients to identify and shortlist key new-to-market brands, concepts and experiences from around the world that are most closely aligned with projects vision. We then start a dialogue with these potential partners/tenants/operators with the aim of securing a win-win business agreement.
